The ACT 49/1960 of July, ABOUT PROPERTY IN CONDOMINIUM, will be applicable to those communities which have been constituted in accordance with the the property title deed for flats or premises that describes, besides the property as a whole, each one in particular, which will be assigned correlative numbers.


In accordance to the 6th clause, the group of proprietors will be able to settle certain rules to regulate coexistence details and the proper use of services and common things, and within the statutory ceiling. Those rules will legally bind any holder whether they are not modified the expected wayform to come to agreements about the administration.
